Peeki Swim will happily accept returns for exchange or refund if the bikini meets the following criteria;
- The bikini is clean, unworn, unwashed, unused
- It was sold at regular price.
- The merchandise must be in its original packaging
- All sanitary stickers and original hangtags must be still attached.
- All returns are sent back within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact Peeki Swim via email@example.com to arrange the return if applicable.
We are so sorry if the item you received was damaged or incorrect! Please contact our Customer Service Team so we can resolve this issue for you. All exchanges granted for faulty items will be issued when the item is returned and examined.
We strongly suggest using a trackable postage option as it enables you to track the parcel being returned. Unfortunately if the parcel is lost on its way to us, our Customer Service Team will be limited in what they can do to compensate you. If your tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our warehouse but the Customer Service Team has not been in contact with you, please follow up by contacting: firstname.lastname@example.org
